What is VeldtGraph?
VeldtGraph is an industrial intelligence platform for operators of many sites. It connects the PLCs, SCADA and historians each site already runs, adds ERP data through an agreed export or API, gives every signal the same meaning across sites and vendors, and adds outside signals like energy prices and weather, so you can monitor, predict and optimize every site from one place.
Our SCADA is specific to each site. Can you still connect?
Yes. We read the PLC underneath it directly, often Siemens S7 or Modbus, or use the SCADA’s own OPC UA, database or export interface. We start from the SCADA’s own tag names and descriptions. Each site’s tags are mapped once and reviewed with your team, and sites with the same setup reuse that mapping.
What does it cost to scale to many sites?
A per-site subscription and onboarding, plus site hardware where needed. New sites reuse the same model, so each one needs less mapping work.
Do we have to move our data to the cloud?
No. VeldtGraph runs at the edge, on-premises, in a private cloud or in a public cloud. Where your data and compute live is your choice.
Who owns the data?
You do. VeldtGraph is open by design: your data is stored in open standard formats, Apache Parquet and Apache Iceberg, so your own data platform and BI tools can read it directly, at any time, with no lock-in.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. VeldtGraph works alongside your existing OT with read-only connections over standard industrial protocols such as Siemens S7, Modbus, OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, DNP3 and IEC 61850. No software is installed on your PLCs.
Does it connect to our ERP and maintenance system?
We can bring in work orders, spare parts and costs from your ERP or CMMS through an export or API agreed during the assessment, so recommendations account for parts in stock and your maintenance history.
Who makes the final decision?
Your team. Every recommendation shows the data behind it, and operators approve every action.
How long until we see results?
Your first site shows results in 2 to 4 weeks: a data health check, one view on common definitions and your top issues ranked by value at risk. Each next site reuses the mapping, so it goes faster.
How do we get started?
With 1 to 3 sites. We map their systems and data with your team, agree one outcome and a baseline, connect read-only and check every signal against your HMI, then roll out site by site.
Which security standards does VeldtGraph support?
VeldtGraph is designed to support operators’ IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIS2 and KRITIS programs, with encrypted connectivity, read-only data access, passive network threat detection, and every value traceable to its source.
Where are your sites losing value today?
A focused first engagement, measured against your own baseline.
- We map your first sites with your team. Each new site reuses that mapping.
- We agree one outcome and a baseline to measure against.
- We connect read-only and check every signal against your HMI.
The assessment is a fixed-scope first step. Your first site shows results in 2 to 4 weeks, and you decide on rollout after you see them.
